Leave balances accrue automatically and managers receive notifications when leave requests are submitted for approval.

How does end-of-service calculation work?

WELT's end-of-service module calculates gratuity and other end-of-service entitlements based on the applicable labour law rules (configurable per country/jurisdiction). When an employee's termination is processed, WELT generates a complete end-of-service settlement calculation including remaining leave balance, notice pay, and gratuity.

Yes. WELT stores all employee documents with expiry dates and sends automated alerts before documents expire. This includes visas, passports, trade licences, and any other compliance documents. Alerts can be configured at 90, 60, and 30 days before expiry.
